The creation of a quality culture has helped develop an impressive O.E.M client base, which includes many of the worlds leading engineering groups such as Rolls Royce, Otis Elevators, Siemens, Dyson and Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems.
Products are manufactured under the guidance of integrated production control plans providing comprehensive traceability and supported where necessary by first article inspection reports, certificates of conformity, certificates of analysis and batch test reports (friction/mechanical).
The introduction and validation of new projects is controlled within our product realisation procedure and often encompasses a PPAP (production part approval process).
