You directly provide us with most of the data we collect via telephone calls, emails, company forms and our website contact form. We aim to hold the most factually and up to date data, based on information given to us initially or by further communications and research. When you submit a contact form from our website, your name, email address, company and message are sent to us via email, it is stored within the email and potentially within our CRM system.

How will we use your data

Primarily for the processing of orders and enquiries, it can be used on going for customers whose details will be kept for accounts processing. Should we feel the data is no longer relevant it may be amended or deleted accordingly. Your data is not shared with any individual or company outside of Trimat. The contact form data is only used for the purpose of your enquiry.

How do we store your data

We hold your personal data securely within our systems (Accounting system, CRM) on our own internal servers. They are protected by industry standard security measures; we implement the latest hardware firewall technology and use secure protocols, all backups are fully encrypted. We must retain complete accounting data for seven years by law.

Marketing

We may send marketing gifts or contact you regarding products and services of ours. If you do not wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please notify us.
