Regularly exporting to more than 70 countries, Trimat's logistics department arranges shipments by road transport, sea and air freight to meet the delivery requirements of our global customer base. 

In many instances orders are received, processed and shipped on the same day to worldwide destinations.

Research and Development Tribology is the science behind friction technology, a specific and demanding field of engineering that concentrates on interacting surfaces that are in relative motion.

Trimat has been involved in this specialist field for more than 40 years, continually ensuring that research and development is a critical element of the business model. Working from our in house laboratory the R & D department conduct chemical and mechanical testing, providing the expertise and innovation necessary to meet the varied and increasing demands of brake and clutch systems.

Pioneering the latest raw materials technology, Trimat lead the way in providing new friction solutions to the brake and clutch industry. The Trimat product range includes materials that incorporate contemporary high performance fibres such as Kevlar, Aramid, Triton and Ceramic.
